Executable translation

A transform applies versioned rules to a product release and emits the target classification's fields. Every field is labelled with what happened to it — direct, converted, derived, approximated, ambiguous, missing, incompatible, or blocked — and traced back to its rule and source values. Nothing is guessed: undecidable choices stay ambiguous.
